Return Service
|
Before
you Return any Merchandise to Zonet you must first obtain an RMA Number
for a Warranty replacement. Please refer to the complete Zonet Warranty
information of Zonet products. If you are requesting a refund or exchange,
please contact your point of purchase and follow their return policies.
Please view the following RMA policy for all terms and conditions which
are in effect:

- The
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form should be completed in the
entirely to insure prompt service.
- A
copy of the original Sales invoice must accompanied with the RMA Request
Form.
- Return
ONLY THE DEFECTIVE UNIT. Zonet will not be responsible for the return
of accessories such as manuals, software, cables, etc.
- RMA
number will be issued within 24-48 hours after all proper documents
have been received. Zonet may refuse to issue an RMA number in the event
of failure to provide the above information mentioned in item (1) and
(2).
- No
return accepted without an RMA number. An RMA Number is unique and will
only be issued once. RMA Numbers expire 15 days from the date of issue.
If you fail to ship the Return Merchandise to Zonet within 15 days a
new RMA Number is required.
- Returned
material must be properly packed to avoid in-transit damage. Damage
to Zonet products due to improper packaging will not be covered by this
warranty.
- The
RMA number must be clearly marked outside of the shipping package. Address
the package to be shipped to:

- All
RMA must be shipped in freight/insurance prepaid. A traceable shipping
method is highly recommended. Customer assumes risks of loss/damage
in transit. No package will be accepted if it is shipped "COD"
or "Freight Collect".
- Any
tampering of warranty stickers, serial numbers, alteration of component
parts, misuse or physical damage of any products will VOID ALL WARRANTY
and will be returned to the sender postage due.
- Customer
will be notified for any out-of-warranty product(s). If no instructions
from customer within one week, Zonet held no responsibility for the
product(s) thereafter.
- Warranty
Replacement turn-around time will be 15 business days from the day the
package(s) received by Zonet.
- RMA
request(s) for credit/exchange will be refused at Zonet's discretion.
- Zonet
does not offer any form of cross-shipping.
- Zonet
reserves the right to refuse items that does not comply with our return
policy.
Zonet
thank you for following this policy closely. Any variance from the above
will greatly impact how quickly the products are replaced and returned to
you.
